‘I want to teach you how to be the best version of yourself....’

I  have been working as a 1:1 Personal Trainer for over 6 years. I absolutely love walking the Gym Floor, meeting new people and training male and female clients alike.

After having to take a break and becoming a Mum, I was facing the challenges, trying to combine fitness with my new lifestyle. The female body is absolutely amazing and by having to adapt myself I developed a strong interest in female only training and nutrition. Like many women, after a pregnancy getting your pre baby body back feels impossible.

Following my interest, I have spent the last few years perfecting my programming and nutrition techniques that allow myself and my clients to enjoy a lifestyle where our body looks and feels its absolute best.

It is now my main motivation to change the perspective, with which women see their bodies, by sharing my knowledge and expertise to help women everywhere to become a stronger, healther and happier best version of themselves!
